At Kara Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
• Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange collection of the item. Return collection will generally be scheduled within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process a full refund for eligible returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, the replacement item will be dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, or specially made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
